If you want to place an order, please follow the instructions below using our new order form:

1. Log into your account with your associated email address;

2. After logging in, click the "Quick Order Form" link in your account page;

3. Add products to your cart and click "Net order checkout";

4. Select payment option, fill/select shipping address, Click "Continue to shiping, and then click "Place order";
